Intro to Pranayama Course
In this course you will learn about Prana and Pranayama and their relationship to the breathing process. You will learn the basic anatomy and physiology of breathing as well as the relationship between breathing and the subtle body. You will explore the implications of what a regular pranayama practice could potentially have on your mental, physical and spiritual well-being. By the end of this workshop you will walk away with a daily pranayama practice that you can use to jump-start your day with aliveness and clarity of mind.
This course is set up in a 4 part series. Each class in the series builds upon the other. It is designed to provide the student time to practice and explore material covered in previous classes of the series. Therefore, you must sign up for the entire series.
