Discover Pranayama: How to Harness the Power of Your Breath
How we breathe has a direct affect on the vital energy that sustains our existence. When we consciously manipulate the pattern of the breath, it enhances the quality of our energy, clears mental fog, and encourages overall well-being.
In this 4 part series, I will show you how to tap into, unlock, and harness the power of your breath using a simple set of pranayama practices. By the end of the training, you will enjoy a deeper relationship with your breath, a greater sense of aliveness, and a calmer, clearer mind. These pranayama practices will allow you to experience life with more vitality.
This course is designed to provide time for practice and exploration between sessions. Each class will build on the previous, so you must sign up for the entire series. Class size will be kept intentionally small, with a maximum of only 6 participants, to ensure that everyone gets detailed, personal instruction.
